Protocols

Sample quality and MS methods are paramount to acquiring high quality proteomic data. As the old adage goes: “garbage in, garbage out.” The protocols below describe common steps for generating and analyzing proteomic samples. These procedures have been developed over years with two main goals (1) optimum proteomic sequence coverage and (2) simplicity. The protocols are relatively straight forward and we would be happy to help you implement them in your lab.
