NeuCode Lysine

Thermo Scientific™ NeuCode™ amino acids augment the level of multiplexing achievable for the metabolic labeling of proteins for mass spectrometry analysis. NeuCode™ Lysine may also be used with traditional SILAC to improve flexibility of multiplexing options or to reduce complexity of analysis.

NeuCode Mouse Chow

Neutron encoding NeuCode™ is a new and promising metabolic labeling technique to investigate mammalian biology in vivo. Compared to traditional SILAM and SILAC, NeuCode has the potential to provide enhanced multiplexing, reduced labeling time, and improved protein/peptide identification.

Di-Leu Labels

DiLeu reagents serve as attractive alternatives for isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) and tandem mass tags (TMTs) due to their synthetic simplicity, labeling efficiency, and improved fragmentation efficiency. DiLeu reagent resembles the general structure of a tandem mass tag in that it contains an amine reactive group (triazine ester) targeting the N-terminus and ε-amino group of the lysine side chain of a peptide, a balance group, and a reporter group. UPLC reversed phase material.  We use this to fabricate nano columns.  It has a good mix of high retention, stability, and separation efficiency.
