Lipidomics Workshop

March 20-21, 2023 via Zoom
This interactive workshop will cover the fundamentals of chromatography and data lipid acquisition on a mass spectrometer, lipid data processing and library building through a mix of lectures, demos and discussion.

This is an intermediate level workshop, and is open to graduate students, post-docs, faculty and staff who have at least 6 months of mass spec hands-on use and/or experience processing mass spec data.

This event is made possible by generous funding from the National Institutes of Health National Center for Quantitative Biology of Complex Systems (2P41GM108538).

Lipidomics Registration

Ready for a career-changing experience?

There is no registration fee, however if you register you have made a commitment to attend.

We will be recording this workshop on Zoom, as part of the registration process you will need to consent to being recorded.

We want this workshop to be as interactive as possible, therefore you will be required to have your camera turned on during the event. We promise not to judge your messy desk and we know you will probably be sitting in a room of other people.

If these conditions are not agreeable for you, please do not register for the workshop. We will post the recordings on YouTube, so you will still have access to the material.

The workshop is currently full, we will pull from the wait list to fill any cancelled slots.
