Resources Hero

Resources

Some of our technologies require custom software for data analysis.  In other cases the software is the technology. Here we make these tools freely available. And often rely on software tools from others, so we included our favorites as well.

Additional resources can also be found at the Biomedical Technology Resources portal, a one stop shop for innovative technology resources supported by NIH funded research centers.

When appropriate, collaborators are asked to acknowledge support in publications, social media, and presentations with the statement: This work was supported in part by the National Institutes of Health grant P41GM108538.

How can the NCQBCS facilitate your research?

Below are links to a variety of NCQBCS resources broken down into three categories:  software, reagents, and protocols.  We will continuously update the content on these pages; however, if there is a particular resource that would be useful to your research that is not here please do let us know.  We will be happy to do what we can to assist you.
